class ModularSetObj : public ffi::Object#

Integer congruence class {coeff * x + base | x in Z}.

A zero coefficient represents the singleton {base}; a coefficient of one represents all integers. This information can establish divisibility, for example every element of {4 * x | x in Z} is divisible by four.
