ffi::Tensor tvm::runtime::CopyTo(ffi::TensorView source, Device dev, ffi::Optional<MemoryScope> mem_scope = std::nullopt)

Allocate a fresh tensor on dev, copy source, and synchronize the copy.

Note

A fresh allocation is made even when source already resides on dev.
