The operator attributes of the shared IR (C++ tvm::op_attr). The hooks, FInferType and the region ones, have setters of their own on OpDef.

    The runtime effect of a call (C++ kCallEffectKind, TCallEffectKind).
  • FIXED_RETURN_TYPE
