Given cacheUrl, search up items to delete based on cacheUrl/ndarray-cache.json
Parameters
- cacheUrl: string
  
  The cacheUrl for the items
- cacheScope: string = "tvmjs"
  
  The scope identifier of the cache
- cacheType: string = "cache"
  
  The type of the cache: "cache" or "indexedDB"
