InplaceMode

Enum InplaceMode

Source
pub enum InplaceMode {
    Disallow,
    Allow,
}
Expand description

Permission to attempt in-place structural mutation along an owned path.

Allow still requires unique ownership; it does not grant permission to modify a borrowed value. Use an owned value or an engine-issued InplaceValue with the mode-aware mutation helpers.

Variants§

§

Disallow

Use ordinary mutation, including for uniquely owned values.

§

Allow

Permit reuse when ownership and alias checks allow it.

fn ne(&self, other: &Rhs) -> bool

Tests for !=. The default implementation is almost always sufficient, and should not be overridden without very good reason.
