tvm_tirx.backend.cuda.op.ptx_legacy_ldmatrix(trans, num, dtype, local_ptr, local_offset, smem_ptr, smem_offset, *, ty=None, loc=UNKNOWN_LOC)

Load a matrix with explicit pointer and element-offset operands.

Downstream legacy emitters use the result ty for its element width, including the transposed int8 gather form. dtype is the PTX instruction type token.
