tvm_tirx.script.ir_builder.parser_protocol.call_global_var_#

tvm_tirx.script.ir_builder.parser_protocol.call_global_var_(function, args)#

Construct a call to a declared module function.

Parameters:
  • function (GlobalVar) – Native callee reference reserved by the module declaration phase.

  • args (sequence of Any) – Positional operands evaluated once, in source order. Generated global calls do not accept keyword arguments.

Returns:

_ir.Expr – The caller language variant’s call expression; constructing it does not emit a statement.

Return type:

Expr

Notes

The callee declaration must be available in the active module context. TIRx preserves its exact declared return type; Relax converts operands using its expression conversion. Invalid types or an unavailable declaration produce native builder errors. Source-call handling attaches locations to the returned expression.
