Emit an expression, or pass through a call or statement emission receipt.
- Parameters:
value (Expr, AlreadyEmitted[Call] or AlreadyEmitted[Stmt]) – The input expression, or a receipt returned unchanged without emission.
- Returns:
result (AlreadyEmitted[Call] or AlreadyEmitted[Stmt]) – The existing receipt unchanged, or a receipt containing the newly emitted Evaluate statement, so expression-statement handling does not emit it again.
