tvm_tirx.tirx.script.ptr_byte_offset(data, byte_offset, *, ty, loc=UNKNOWN_LOC)

Return data + byte_offset with pointer type ty.

byte_offset is always in bytes. ty specifies both the result element type and storage scope.
